Please note that once your package leaves our facility, it is no longer under the control of Chisum Lucas Creations, and is in the hands of the shipper, therefore Chisum Lucas Creations cannot replace or issue refunds for any packages that are lost, damaged, stolen, abandoned, misrouted or are undeliverable, or that are confiscated by Customs.
There is a 14 day period from the date of your order within which you must notify Chisum Lucas Creations of any damaged product or lost packages. Beyond this 14-day period, Chisum Lucas Creations cannot consider any exceptions to the policy stated above.
If after inspection of your order, you do not want a particular item, you may chose to return it to us. Chisum Lucas Creations will happily issue a credit or refund for any unopened and unused product purchased from us that is in re-sellable condition. You may return an item within 14 days of purchase, as a complete unit. It must be in the original wrapping and container and must arrive back to us in resalable condition.
Fusion Prints and greeting cards must be in original plastic art bags, and unopened. We will credit you only for the original purchase price of an item. We do not refund shipping cost.
Chisum Lucas Creations will not accept returns, give refunds or exchanges for product purchased from any of our retailers. You must make your return to the retailer that you purchased the product from.

Important: Please put a note inside the box reminding us about the return, the reason why, and whether you’d like the credit coupon to use towards a future purchase, a refund check, or if you’d like to exchange the product for other items. If there is a cost difference for an exchange we will notify you by email.
- Chisum Lucas Creations will refund the cost of product(s) plus any applicable taxes only, but not shipping charges if the product has already been shipped.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Exchanges will happen once the original product is returned. If the reason for the exchange is our mistake, we will pay for shipping of the replacement product. If the need for replacement is a mistake of the person who ordered, we will need to collect shipping charges for the replacement products from the customer. We will notify you by email what these charges will be.
We will gladly provide a credit for a future purchase or refund check (as described above) for any cancelled orders made prior to shipping. Shipping charges will also be included in your credit or refund check if the order is cancelled prior to shipping. If the product has already been shipped to you, it would then be considered a return and shipping charges would not be credited. Notify the office at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an order cancellation. Notifying us as quickly as possible will ensure an easy cancellation and full amount towards your credit or refund check – or if you’d like to order a different product instead and use that money towards it. In your email, please let us know which option you’d like.
